At our two plants in Switzerland and Hungary, we produce high-precision injection-moulded parts on over 30 modern injection moulding machines. The machines, with clamping forces ranging from 20 to 650 tonnes, allow us to produce parts ranging from 5 grams to 3 kilograms.
We process practically all thermoplastics. We have extensive know-how in tool technology and manufacturing processes, especially for high-temperature-resistant plastics such as PPSU (polyphenyl sulfones) or PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), including for fibre-reinforced materials.
Our own mould maintenance ensures a high level of readiness for delivery with the best quality. We have the capacity and know-how to carry out repairs and regular maintenance of the tools professionally and efficiently, in-house.
