As experts in injection molding technology, NOVOPLAST AG executed highly demanding geometries using complex molds. The secure manufacturing process allowed for consistently replicating tight tolerance ranges of up to +/- 0.05mm with process reliability.
Thanks to our broad expertise and close collaboration with partners, along with our facility in Hungary, NOVOPLAST successfully met Roche's comprehensive needs for manufacturing and procurement of complete solutions. We handle the entire supply chain, from sourcing the springs to producing the sophisticated injection molded parts, printing the racks, assembling the components, and labeling 48 different unique positions.
